The Last Drop 48 Year Old Launch

The Last Drop Distillers 48 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky was released in March 2015 to universal acclaim. Already awarded “Best Scotch Whisky in the World 2015” by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, this limited release of only 592 bottles was launched in Hong Kong on 12 May at a tasting hosted by The Last Drop’s exclusive distributor Crown Wine Cellars.  An invited panel of experts and journalists were invited to a once-in-a-lifetime tasting of three of The Last Drop’s whiskies: The 50 Year Old, The 48 Year Old and the soon-to-be-released 1967 Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The tasting was led by TLD Chairman, James Espey OBE.

Since its release, more than 350 bottles have now been sold. For more information on availability  worldwide consult our stockists page
