The evening is a celebration of our smallest and most exclusive release to date, The Last Drop 1961 Dumbarton Single Grain Scotch Whisky, and will be hosted by The Last Drop team, who are flying in especially from London. 

During the course of the evening we will present a gastronomic journey through all seven of The Last Drop releases to date, culminating in The Dumbarton 1961. Each whisky and cognac will be accompanied by a tasting dish, especially designed to complement the spirit.

Hosted at the magnificent Penthouse Suite on the top floor of the historic Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, this gastronomic event is taking place in honour of The Dumbarton 1961 Single Grain, our seventh release and the smallest and most exclusive to date.  

You will be collected from your hotel and chauffeur driven to the Fairmont Hotel for this never-to-be-repeated event.
